If you would like to return, exchange, or request a refund for your purchase, here is how the process works.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date your order is delivered
  • Restocking Fee: 25% of the item’s price will be deducted from your refund to account for handling and restocking
  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 7 days after return approval
  • Return Shipping: At the customer’s expense

How to Start a Return

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the process, please contact us at info@azzoria.com.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Send an email to info@azzoria.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be completed. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and inventory costs.
